Return Policy

Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.

Product condition
Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be refunded.

How to make a return

Include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you the instructions needed to proceed with the return.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
A return label can be provided on request.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will confirm by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, follow the same return procedure and state your request in the email.
